The Production Process

Step One - Talk To The Queen

Request a free consult, quote & 2D design, so we can chat about your design idea in magical detail. That's when I'll also provide a fully personalized quote and your free 2D design.

Step Two - Confirm Your Order

Once you're happy with your unique design concept, simply confirm your order and we'll be ready to start creating some serious magic!

Step Three - Sample Production

The first major completion stage is when your sample is ready to view. Once you have confirmed the sample, we are ready to hit go on mass production.

Step Four - Mass Production

Only after you've confirmed the initial sample do we commence making any quantities at all. You can rest assured that every magical detail in your sample will be replicated in your larger order.

Step Five - Quality Control

The Queen employs stringent QC processes before we ship, to ensure your globes are of the highest quality. We check for air bubbles, paint issues and anything else that needs to be fixed before shipment.

Step Six - Packaging & Shipment

Once completed, we’ll pack your ornaments in protective wrap and they'll be shipped direct to your door. All our shipments are fully insured for breakages, however this is an extremely rare occurrence.
